Hi Sharon, I'd just like to thank you for letting us get a team together for the B fit for life challenge. Since starting the challenge I've lost 6 lbs. and I've been outside walking and skiing etc more than ever. I'm walking miles a day and enjoying it.

I feel so healthy now. My husband has lost 13 lbs and the rest of the team has been losing weight, toning up and getting good results from their doctors.

We wish this could continue all year. I don't mean the contest part, just the basic program to follow. This has been very enjoyable so far.
